These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bamiwocandleandskincare.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Bamiwo Candle and Skin Care LLC ("Bamiwo," "we," "us"), 5625 N German Church Road, Suite 2110, Indianapolis, IN 46235. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our candles, soaps, and shea butter are handmade in small batches. Because they are handmade, color, scent strength, size, and appearance can vary slightly from one item to the next. Photos and descriptions are meant to be accurate, but your screen may display colors differently, and we cannot promise that every detail matches exactly.
We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, or availability at any time, including after an order is placed. If we correct an error that affects your order, we will contact you and offer to confirm the corrected order or cancel it with a full refund.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added to orders delivered in Indiana, as shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout as described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or send you confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Payments are processed by Square and PayPal. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. We never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Please read and follow every label, warning, and direction that comes with your product, and the information shown on the product pages of the Site.
It is your responsibility to check that a product is suitable for you and anyone you give it to, including any allergies or sensitivities.
You agree not to misuse the Site: for example, by trying to break or overload it, probing it for security weaknesses, copying it in bulk by automated means, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
The Site's text, photos, logos, product names, and designs belong to Bamiwo or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our Site and products.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bamiwo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or, where the law does not allow a limit, for personal injury.
