Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for blankets ordered past 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the Candle & Skin care product is damaged in transit, the customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund
For qualified refunds, customers need to utilize the drop us a line feature to request return approval from us. Include a picture of the damaged item when sending us a message.
Candle & Skin care products must be returned in their original condition when shipped.
Customers will have to return the Candle & Skincare at their own cost.
A refund will be issued 7 days after receipt of the return from the date the tracking number shows it was delivered.
